  • • Responsible for general admin, operations support and clerical duties which includes data entry, filing and generation
  • • Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
  • • Customer service enquiry and tour bookings support
  • • Coordinate and effect payments for utilities, suppliers and partners
  • • Faxing, scanning and copying documents, and compiling contact lists
  • • Monitor and maintain office and site office supplies, which includes stationeries, merchandise and inventories
  • • Ensure the office premises and its equipments are well managed and maintained
  • • To assist other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time



  • • Possess SPM, STPM or Diploma
  • • PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with good typing skills
  • • MUST be fluent in spoken and written English
  • • Must be tactful with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Able to work under pressure, positive attitude with multi-tasking skills
